DA’S Office Concludes Review of Walters' TV Investigation

September 17, 2025 

OKLAHOMA CITY – The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed the investigation conducted by the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and reports provided by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation regarding nudity playing on a television in Superintendent Ryan Walters’ office during a State Board of Education meeting. After careful review, it has been determined there is insufficient evidence to file criminal charges.
