Vicki Zemp Behenna following an investigation by the Oklahoma City Police Department.
Just after 1 a.m. on July 26, Oklahoma City police officers were called to a home near NW 50th St. and N. Roff Ave. Investigators say Guthrie called police to tell them he had stabbed his girlfriend inside the home. When officers arrived, To was found stabbed to death.

My office will hold the defendant accountable for his actions and pursue justice for Ms. o to the fullest extent of the law.”
Guthrie was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a $10 million dollar bond. He remains in custody.
